Interesting post and a good reminder on sorting out the road agreement --- it reminds me of my commercial real estate days, where a couple deals on flag lots were nixed when the size of the road per the informal agreement with the neighbors was different than the legal/title agreements.

Good news for those with an interest in La Canada homes.

Interesting to see the significant difference on % of sales that were foreclosures or short sales in La Canada, vs Pasadena (22%).

I never tire of the farmers markets either, and always pick up an inexpensive, yet colorful, batch of flowers for my kitchen table.

Also, at least once a month, I make it to the beach, rent a cruiser bike, and wander up and down the beachfront for an hour or two. Great fun!
