Sunday Open Houses
Over the years I have noticed several open house stalkers. This isn't necessarily a problem except that they often demand a lot of attention. Because they asked so many questions, a couple of times I thought they would be making an offer on my lisiting.
When you attend an open house, keep in mind that the hosting agent is busy. Their number one priority is to ensure that the home and contents are secure. Their number two goal should be to sell the home. And number three to meet new clients.
