Sunday, I dropped by my new listing on Oakwood to check the seller’s progress.  The front of the home still looked a little bare but I was able have Pablo who makes exquisite custom planters come by the house with a few.  He tailors the planters to the home’s architectural style and his cactus planters were the perfect compliment to this Mediterranean home.    Drop by Oakwood during this week’s open house schedule and see them for yourself.

Because my new listing is a two story home, I held it open yesterday with Lisa.  And we will do so again Thursday afternoon, evening and again on Sunday.  Even with a lap top computer it is hard to catch up when we are both out of the office for half a day.  I topped off yesterday with one showing and a quick meeting with a client/friend.
